We’ve only had a chance to have a quick sneek peek ourselves for Rachael & Wendy’s wedding at the Sooke Harbour House but we think these two look so awesome. Our fantastic associate photographers Laura Taylor and Julie Williams photographed this wedding and we’ll be asking for some extra words for our blogs. They did an awesome job and we’re excited to share the photos with these two fun women. As a P.S…. we love the hats and jackets!!! Christina’s image placed first in the ceremony category and she also placed in the top 20 of the portrait category. Dacia & Brant’s wedding… so much to say, so little blog space. They made us cry, like, six times; they were willing to do ANYTHING for a creative shot; they were all about having the maximum amount of fun; and they were super SUPER nice. We could go on and on, but we’d run out of superlatives to describe how absolutely freaking fabulous these two are. The theme of the wedding was black and white and, with the girls wearing feathers and the guys in bowler hats, we couldn’t stop clicking. Dacia & Brant (and the entire wedding party) – thanks for being so awesome and congratulations!!

Ashley & Brandon

Ashley and Brandon had a super romantic wedding at Uvic’s Interfaith Chapel. As you can see in the pictures, Ashley was drop dead gorgeous with the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen. Brandon was also super good looking so they were just picture perfect. We had awesome weather and the sky was dramatic (my favorite kind of sky). Laura Taylor photographed this wedding with me and she totally rocked it! It was perfect day in every way! Thank you Ashley and Brandon for trusting us so much and make us part of your day. It was such a pleasure!

Susie & Colin

Holy cow did we have fun with these two! Susie and Colin brought their entire family from all over the USA to have a destination wedding at Poet’s Cove on Pender Island. And they did all of this while organizing a large move to California! As soon as they landed, they visited us for an engagement session. We have so many good things to tell about Susie and Colin. Let’s start with the fact that they were so much fun and easy to work with. And Susie did so much extensive research about wedding photography and she knew step by step how to pose! Holy cow!!! She could teach a class! There is more to come… their wedding was really awesome and we have a terrific trashing the dress session to share very soon.
